About the Event

Flow Chemistry Europe 2026 (FCE-26) marks the 14th edition of Europe’s premier conference dedicated to the advancement of flow chemistry.

Taking place over two dynamic days, April 16–17, 2026, in Málaga, Spain, FCE-26 will bring together world-leading experts, pioneering researchers, and industry innovators. The program will feature keynote lectures, oral and poster presentations, and an industry exhibition showcasing the latest breakthroughs in flow chemistry products, technologies, and services.

This year’s conference will spotlight the most pressing and promising directions in the field, including:

  • Autonomous flow reactors for discovery and manufacturing
  • Digitalization and process intensification
  • Biobased and bioenzymatic processes
  • Reactive intermediates

With its in-person format, FCE-26 offers not only cutting-edge scientific content but also unparalleled networking opportunities to foster collaboration between academia and industry.

We warmly encourage young scientists to submit their most innovative and unpublished research to the Poster Session. Outstanding contributions will be recognized with Best Poster Awards.

FCE-26 is set to be an unforgettable event in Málaga’s Costa del Sol—don’t miss the chance to be part of it!

Mission statement

Founded in 2010 in Switzerland by a group of passionate scientists, the Flow Chemistry Society (FCS) is dedicated to advancing flow chemistry worldwide. Our mission is to accelerate innovation and adoption across academia and industry—spanning pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, fine chemicals, petrochemicals, fragrances, green chemistry, and catalysis.

Through international conferences, the Journal of Flow Chemistry (with Akadémiai Kiadó and Springer), and the Textbook of Flow Chemistry (with De Gruyter), we connect researchers and industry leaders, foster collaboration, and share groundbreaking discoveries.

The FCS champions the shift toward faster, more sustainable, and continuous chemical synthesis, shaping a new paradigm in organic chemistry for a better future.

Our upcoming flagship event, Flow Chemistry Europe 2026 (FCE-26) in Málaga, will embody this mission—bringing together leading scientists, young researchers, and industry innovators to exchange ideas, showcase breakthroughs, and strengthen global collaboration in flow chemistry. FCE-26 continues our commitment to building a dynamic, international community that drives progress and impact.
