Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until 28 February 2024. It is recommended to make the registration online. In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the organisers upon receipt of registration and payment.

Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. See also the general terms and conditions here.

Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Flow Chemistry Society in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 30 EUR) – in case of cancellation received before February 20, 2024
  • No refund – in case of cancellation, received after February 20, 2024

All payments should be made in Euro (EUR). All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

An invoice will be generated (pdf) in order to arrange any payment, wire transfer or credit card. The paid amount should appear in the paid column in case of successful online payment. Manual card charges and bank wire transfers are to be credited in your “Paid” column only after receipt payment.

Registrations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation is to be sent by the Secretariat to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY if the payment was made. Participants who paid the fee will be able to download a PAID INVOICE in pdf in their personal records within a week after the receipt of payment, from the “My Invoices” menu after logging into the registration database.

Onsite registration fees can be paid in British Pound. The organisers regret that credit cards and cheques cannot be accepted onsite.
